Hailing from the Kintamani highlands of Bali, Indonesia, Kralj Kava Brewing Co.'s Bali Blue Moon is a premium organic coffee grown in the shade of citrus trees in rich volcanic loam soil at 1,200–1,600 meters. Unlike the earthy, rustic profile of its Sumatran neighbors, Bali Blue Moon is celebrated for its incredible clarity and remarkably "clean" exotic finish — a true standout in the Indonesian coffee world.

Hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds, this medium-dark roast delivers a heavy, syrupy body and a deep, complex sweetness that captures the lush, vibrant spirit of the Indonesian tropics.
